My check engine light is on and when I press to start my car it's jumpy none of this was happening before my visit today for a standard oil change. I called the service department, my call was not answered or returned. Now on my day off I have to drive 45 minutes to get this corrected.

Brought my car in for water damage first time he said it was fine it overheated I had to bring it back. They said it was water damage. They had my car for two months now I have a new problem. I never drove my car in two months. No that’s a new problem without me driving the car and to tell me that it’s more money to fix something. I’ve never drove.

I will be contacting someone higher then the service manager to address my experience with sales and service. I was sold a car with nothing but problems and you inattentive staff and non officiant answering service. I was not the only customer complaining about the same exact thing.
