As a long time customer, it's a true slap in the face of us who use Matt Blatt Kia for both new vehicle purchases as well as all of the service that is done on those vehicles to pay a 3-5 % additional charge on service charges placed on a credit card. That move will cost you customers. I have tires to buy soon for my 2020 Telluride and this newest policy of yours will require me to look around now. Tori has as always been an outstanding customer service representative for me.

Yes I am completely satisfied with my service but especially with Emily Figueroa ! I have a brand new Kia and switched here from RK Kia because of poor service and Emily did not disappoint ! she answered a question no one else at Kia would answer, simply because she cared ! am very pleased !

Customer service was great on this visit. Everyone has always been very helpful but this visit I was walked to my car at the end of the visit which made a big difference to me. I’m usually frustrated looking for my car at the end of my visits
