The service was fine I have no issues. But, I do have questions about a set of four tires which I bought and the manufacturer and model number and I'm concerned about the price I was charged. A phone call from someone early next week would be appreciated ****-****-xxxx.

The mechanic “Shane” is the best and Torey was excellent also . They both deserve my praises and they should get monetary compensation from Matt Blatt Kia for their great work!!!

Random part starts hanging from front of our LEASED 2021 kia k5… i call KIA roadside. Explain to them. They say it’s winch service. When I didn’t need any type of winch. They charge me $225 for the guy to just come and rig the piece up til we can get to kia. Day & a half later I take the car to kia. They can’t get my money back. They say we are the ones that damaged it & they can’t help. Then try to charge me $450 to fix it. Long story short u pay for coverage TO NOT BE COVERED!

2 hours labor to change a fuse!! Get real!! Katie told me she would do something with the bill and then conveniently had the day off. I will never set foot there ever again.

From start to finish Katie was on point. She kept me informed about the status of my car and made arrangements for me to pick up my car after hours. On a side note, whoever does the hiring and training of the Matt Black team is doing a great job. I appreciated the helpful team ,I never felt ignored. Keep up the good work.

The car was brought in for a recall. My husband had to bring it for me. Appointment was at 8:45. He sat there for nearly 3 hours. It was supposed to be an hour. Next time they can fix the recalls when my lease is up.

Always a pleasure! I was there for about an hour and half for an oil change...not sure of that is too long (felt on the verge of being a bit long) but it looked like a busy morning so understandable....

This service was for a recall but the first service call was for a service reminder to get my oil changed and tires rotated. the problem was they never reset the service reminder and i needed to come back to have it reset. that’s a waste of my time
