Matt was great..... Being charged extra to use a credit card is ridiculous..and is the reason I will not go to Matt blatt Kia for service ever again... Everyone is struggling, Matt blatt charging to use cc just makes it worse..

I have a new car from the dealership having issues. I took video of the issue in the dealership parking lot since i came all the way from cherry hill and the issue generally occurs after driving for a while and I had other video as well and since the tech was not able to make the issue happen himself he couldn’t fix it. I understand that but the fact that it needs to be driven a while to have the issue it wasn’t going to be able to be recreated. So I was told to just go to the cherry hill dealership if it happens again and low and behold it happened in the way home since it was a long drive and cherry hill won’t see me without an appointment. I understand the need for the tech to see it for the warranty but I felt I was just pushed out with no solution on my new car I purchased.
