It’s convenient that when I turn down a service to have my tires replaced as well as my brakes redone that my ties ends up becoming completely flat with the protection cap missing from the tire that is flat. When my vehicle went thru the multi point inspection. I also was trying to have my tires rotated but that was never done either. Very disappointing because now I have to send my vehicle back to you with a towing. I would like to be called back by a manager for this issue. I’ve been a customer of you for 10+ years with leasing every vehicle and have never ever had to replace any tires of breaks for that matter ever in my life of leasing your product.

Throughout my ownership of this vehicle I have almost exclusively had work completed by the staff at both Matt Blatt and RK of Vineland. Matthew has been a patient member of the service staff guiding me through the needed repairs. Although my vehicle is over 10 years old it still is in good operating condition due to the care of all the hard work of the Kia team over the years. Thanks to all of you.

Emily was so upbeat told me cost upfront oil change done less than an hour Emily kept me updated let me know pay cash no added cost walk me to pay an back to my car as long as you keep cost down had 10.00 coupon I will continue to let you service my car I live 26 mile from your dealer
