This is the 2nd time my car has been there and they asked if I like my car washed... I say sure... then I pick up the car and the car has not been washed! Wonder what else did they not do, that they say they did.

The service is overpriced and the complimentary car wash was a waste the car was filthy still and they placed the service sticker far over and left the glue from the previous all stuck to the window maybe my expectations were set too high and maybe they only to the outside of the car but they surely hyped it all up when buying the car. The cookies were the only good part of the driving tye 45 min just to get the service done.

hi, I have tried to communicate with someone in service since I left the location this morning, sent a message but no answer, when I left my car it didn't have any mechanical problem that inhibits driving the car it didn't have the engine light on, but 10 minutes later that I left your location it started kind of slowing down while I was driving. the sound that it had when I brought it in the sound was like a dry rubber. Also I need a copy the intake form that the technician completed when I dropped it off please have someone call me as soon as possible. thanks Betty

Service was fast in response to the battery issue. The service was slightly unexpected from having purchased less than two months. Do you think the problem was already on battery or something going when I was driving to cause the battery to fail. (Too much phone charger usage or other things.....

hopefully the service was OK but I got my driver side carpet back with all sorts of oil stains AGAIN. what is the deal you can’t afford those paper covers? I need it cleaned again. Which means another half day off work. Don’t appreciate it.

Horrible service, you have to call parts to get a service rep on the phone because they DO NOT answer the phones at any point during the day but then when you go in person you see 5-6 people just hanging out. if you have someone's car that is being repaired due to a kia fault for a month you should be answering the phone and keeping people in the loop. they left my car (along with dozens of others) with a broken window in the lot for 3 weeks while they waited for parts in pouring rain. If i knew that i would leave with more damage i would have never brought my car here. this whole experience was so terrible i'm going to be getting a new car and will never drive a kia again. i called around to other local dealerships to see if this is normal and they were shocked that this is how you handle business.
