Dominique was an excellent communicator. She called me twice just to keep me updated. She is also well spoken, intelligent, and very knowledgeable about service issues. I had some questions regarding services needed and she answered all of them. It was nice dealing with a professional. Dominique was great.

wish they would have washed car… said it was down but i’m sure that was an excuse…. waiting 11/2 hours and freezing in reception area.

Rich, the mechanic was very informative, Eric, the shuttle driver was very friendly & Dominique was also very polite & friendly. I am concerned that the engine was burning oil & I am not totally confident that the compression cleaning will solve the problem.

It’s rare these days when a company goes out of their way to deliver a satisfying customer experience. So, I felt it appropriate to call her out. I needed to have my wife’s 2022 EV6 routine 20,000-mile service performed. There were more updates needed than expected, so it was going to take longer than reasonable to sit and wait. The Service Advisor – Dominique Frontiero recognized my pain and jumped all over finding a solution. The whole time she was helping, she made me feel important and valued as a customer. Always pleased with the service. I went to the Vineland dealership to get an oil change and they told me it would be a 2 week wait. And with never an appointment in EHT I always get quit service.

I wasn’t satisfied because I took my car at 10:30 and I was supposed to pick it up 4:30. They said they would give me a call when it was ready but I never got the call. I waited and waited, at 6 I decided to go to the dealership but when I arrived nobody from the service was there. I never got any information about my vehicle. Someone from the office just gave me the keys & told me to take my car. To make matters worse they gave me back my car super dirty. I still have yet to receive a call from them.
