Originally I went to KIA for a routine PM Oil Change. I get all servicing done for my car at Matt Blatt Kia. Unfortunately I needed a new tire and he said that he had the tire BUT FAILED To tell me it was in another place and it had to be delivered to KIA. I was at KIA 3-1/2 hours. If I knew it was going to be that long I would of gotten a ride home from my friend and picked my car up the next morning. Other than this mishap I have always had good service and Alan was very nice. I should of had the option to stay and wait OR leave depending on estimate of time completion

I can smell someone who is trying to up sell you a mile away.the last sheet of paper stated as a recommendation, I should flush my transmission fluid which was already changed on my request by matt blatt. Which should of already be in your system that was changed.now, that tells me that your techs are not checking the history of my car or you purge your computer after a year or they are upselling . I have worked on my own cars before so I know about them plus I check them out before I decide to drop it off at a dealership or repair shop. If they are trained to put recommendations do it with what has not been done not what things that have already been done.This is one thing that really bugs me of repair shops. For everything else I keep coming back cause I do enjoy the friendly service and accommodating area to relax while your car is being seviced....and with a free car wash,perfect ending to your cars service. Thank you.

Was in today getting a oil change and multi-point vehicle inspection, was pleased with the service from when I arrived until I was done. The problem I do have is everything was supposed to be checked, well I was stopped and told my back right brake light was out. So, the problem I have is if that wasn’t checked how do I know the rest of my car was inspected. We are talking less then seven hours and I already have to get my light fixed, but if I was told it was out I could of had it done when I was at the station. Not to pleased. Julianne F

They said my hood latch was massed up they took it off and never put it back on or fixed the problem and it took them 1 1/2 hours for a oil change and no car wash

Alan was accommodating and very professional from the oil change to when I got home and notice I had a bumper scuff on the right side of my car. So I came back and he was accommodating in fixing the scuff in my bumper.
