I was in 7/19/21 for an oil changed and told Alan that I filled the washer fluid the night before and still I was charged $2.99 for washer fluid

I recently came in for an oil change abs when he asked me if I needed anything else I said I was at 70000 he told me I should replace my engine filter and cabin filter this is not my first Kia I used to work for Kia handling the media fleets I always went to the Kia service in Clifton and fairlawn to maintain my cars I always trusted the service reps I recently moved to south Jersey and thought all records were the same down here but I pulled my book and I had the 60000 service when I was at 65000 miles and realized I was taken by adding the extra services that was recommended by the service rep. I should of probably took my book out if my car And check on my own but I always trusted my Kia dealer that is why I always go back . I just wanted to let you know my experience and with out trust I now know I need to look for another dealer. Linda D

The tire pressures were never checked! The next day I checked the pressures and they all required air to various degrees of pressure. I wonder what other items were not checked if you assed on tire pressure.

You scratched my vehicle and now I have to travel an hour next week for you guys to fix it and wait 4 hours or more in the waiting room while you do that......I'm so dissatisfied with the service

The service was pretty good and I was in and out within the recommended time. The service was explained well at the end of it and I was sent off with no issues at all. Also the waiting room was well equiped and comfortable while waiting.
