Need to organize parking lot better so that service dept is more accessible and your car is out of the way when waiting for garage to open. Very difficult to maneuver around.

I had my last oil change at Matt Blatt abt 21/2 months ago, I still had miles left on the oil. When I brought my car in for service today i was asked by a tech if I wanted my oil changed because when the mechanic checked the oil he found that there was barely any oil left. I askes if I had a leak because I have not seen any leaking oil any where I park, and the tech said no. I asked how then was this possible. He said he didn't know and that he was just relaying the message. So I can surmise is that at my last Oil change it wasn't refilled or I was being lied to. Either way I left feeling like I had been talen advantage of.

I wasn’t told or given the option of picking the same tire as the one we were replacing due to a screw in the tire. I was happy with my service but not happy the tire is a different brand tire I received. & it would have been better if I was told or given another option prior. So I have 3 hancooks and the replacement tire is some lesser quality brand.
