My tire was patched and is still ok after the 3rd tine back for same tire. The hesitation when I take off from stop is still there since I purchased the vehicle and still is not fixed. Each time I go that tell me something different.

I have a service plan when I purchased my vehicle. Kia is a Nationwide name. That means that wherever I travel to within the 50 States my service plan is valid. All the Service agent had to do was punch in my Vin # and see my account. Instead I had to paid for a regular oil change instead of a synthetic oil change. Not happy when I left.

Torrey has always gone out of her way to help. I was disappointed that your shop didn’t have the part needed for a recall. It means I have to make two trips to the dealership. These parts should be ready for your customers. It’s a manufacturing problem, not the customers.

The service department is always very helpful and kind. I have only brought my car in 3 times so far, each time I have spoken to Torey. And she has been awesome. Always friendly and answers all my questions. She has never made me feel self conscious for asking questions which I really appreciate. Just an overall 10 out of 10 rating from me for Torey ????????
