I went in to get an oil change and the service department told me that there was also a ‘call back’ issue on a technology problem that they had taken care of, so I appreciate the fact that they were able to take care of both Issues in such a short amount of time.

I was very disappointed and annoyed by my last visit. I was told on the phone by one of your representatives that the work on my car would only take about 2 hours. When i dropped the car off to be worked on, i was left in the waiting area for 3 hours with no word on the progress. Then I went in to check on the progress myself, i was told it was about 20 minutes longer cause the work was more detailed than previously thought. Then I waited ANOTHER 45 minutes before i was called into the service area and offer a loaner car.I SHOULD have been kept abreast of the progress so i could call for a ride home or offered the loaner car SOONER so i was not WASTING my entire day waiting....i was there waiting for a total of 5 hours...unacceptable!!
