Art Simmons was great. But the reason I was not completely satisfied is because we initially contracted for Tahoe that was sold by the time I was supposed to receive it. Art was able to find another Tahoe and I was able to get it within a couple of days. But when we did take possession of the vehicle the check engine turned on so I had to leave the Tahoe for 2 days for repairs. I took possession of the vehicle once again after the check engine was fixed. Soon after I left the lot, another light service light came on. I decided to take the vehicle to another Chevy dealer for repairs.
Extremely happy to have my vechile fix and returned at a fast period.

I was very pleased with Mr. Guzman. I was not pleased that the man who delivered my car to me was not wearing gloves and that the cashier’s mask was only covering her mouth, not her nose.

My wife took our vehicle in and was treated very rudely and actually charged for a tire patch on a new tire. After buying 5 cars here... won't come back, my family is done.
Oil life not reset. No reminder sticker for the next oil change. And even thought the paper explained some things, no one in person explained anything to me in non mechanical terms. I had questions and no one offered to explain.
