The service people don't do anything. You have to end them you are there waiting and they lie. I truly don't understand why that whole department is not reevaluated. Donna thereceptionist is the best but the others are truly aweful
Car wash would be an additional touch since no more free donuts and coffee
Micheal was very friendly and has great customer service. The first time I took my truck for service I didn’t like the advisor that assisted me, he was kind of rude. Micheal made my second visit a great one and has a good attitude.
Carl has made a point of knowing me and knowing my cars. I am a Chevy guy and so is he. We understand the importance of keeping our vehicles in top shape. Carl and Al are my ‘A’ team.
Carl was great. I made an appointment for a oil change. I was at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours. That’s unacceptable. I understand some employees didn’t show. I would have made arrangements to get a ride if I had known it was going to be that long.
As always German provided excellent customer service... I’m completely satisfied

I will never purchase from a Win Dealer again. My whole experience was very disappointing. I will deter anyone I know from doing business with their companies to. No real concern for their customers but trying to get signatures and moving on to the next deal.
Your service dept did not do what they claim to have done and made numerous false stmts on service invoice. Claimed service never performed or requested or approved. I feel I've been robbed
