It took 4 empty tips, to get something fixed that your mechanic broke. Each trip had at least 2 or more hours waiting time,first they ordered the wrong parts, the second trip only one of the 2 parts arrive, the third trip the mechanic was at school, the right parts were there, but no mechanic to do the work. So on my forth trip the work was done. Then Win has nerve enough to contact me, on how’ve we do. I was not happy about the way my device was handled. And how many trip I had to take so many trips.
The job was done well and quickly. I have been there in the past and work was the same job but took hour or so longer. I purchased my car from you and like to have it serviced there too. Keep up the good work.
It took almost 2 hours and they didn't even wash the car like they usually do.

They said my truck is too big to run through the car wash. But in other times the wash it. Make up your mind or it just laziness. My truck has a 6” lift.. I ask if they had a coupon they had to show and they said I have to look it up myself. Their own website had the coupon. If a customer ask just give it to them. Why do I have to jump hoops for a coupon.
Gurgen was super helpful. Freddy the sales man I purchased my vehicle from had promised me when I brought my vehicle for service he would have door guards installed. Unfortunately Freddy was not coming in until later on that day. Gurgen tried his very best to contact him. I really appreciate all his help, the service was done promptly. Thank you.
I paid to have my tires rotated...they forgot. I know because I have been needing to add air to my back rt tire for 4 months. I know that it was at 32 when I dropped it off, I checked the level before I left my house in the morning,in case I needed to get air on my way. When I got home, I checked to see where the low tire was so I knew which side needed air...they were all at the same level and place as when I dropped my car off 37 37 35 32 Now I don’t even trust they did the air filter I paid an extra $90 for. I called and they asked me to come back. It was too much trouble to change my plans for the day and Drive all the way back. Customer service was wonderful. I hope he remembers to add it in the notes so they do it next time I bring my car in. Makes you question if they really do all that they say they are going to do.
I ask for a tire rotation I don't think I was done.
German was straightforward with yes or no answers. He did what was needed to assist with getting my truck back on the road.
