I waited close to two hours for a car maintance, basically oil change and other fluids. Person who helped me mentioned to me that it was not time for my car service. I had to explained that my car was a 26% and that was the reason I was there. Besides, I don’t get a doc stating when my next visits will be. Very disappointed with the service and truly regrets buying your service package if this continues.
Although it took a while to get my truck fixed but I was adviced, they were able to fix the issue.
Had a transmission service ! Come yo find out it was just a fluid flush and new fluid put in for $250.00!! That is a very high price for just a flush
This was my first time receiving service, as my former location is now closed. On a scale 1-10, I would rate my overall experience at a 6.
HORRIBLE! OVER 3 1/2 HRS.
FINALLY SAID GIVE ME MY CAR. NOT EVEN WASHED OR HOSED.
WILL TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Gerardo was very rude ,did not call back and avoiding my calls, and in the end WIN CHEVROLET has been a BIG disappointment in service the last couple of years, because of this me and my family that bought cars since it was Cormier CHEVROLET for 25 years now, we are no longer coming to your store again, we are going over to another chevy dealer where they take pride and care about their customers..
