Yes, Carl is the best. We had fun talking while my car was being serviced. He & I had a lot in common. We used to do the same crazy stuff when we were kids. I will keep asking for Carl each time I go to Win Chevrolet to get my car service.

German is not honest and attempted to resale me a service I already had performed. I do believe this was deliberate and not in error. Such actions make me question the integrity of the reps and the quality of the work of the mechanics. I will never have German as my rep again.
