I’m really disappointed with my experience in leaving my car for service. I made an early appointment because I work from home but am very busy throughout the day so it took me awhile to find time to take the car to address several issues I was having. I asked for a quote on a huge scratch on the passenger side, never got the quote, I asked for my door handle to get fixed, it seems as though the passenger side was never looked at. I know there is a courtesy car wash but that side of the car was filthy compared to the drivers side so I know that door was never looked at nor touched. I never saw the guy I dealt with when dropping off my car. I had to ask around about how to get my car and they said oh you have the key, you can go look for it, it should be parked on that side of the lot. It was rude, unprofessional and I never got my quote and never got my door fixed.
The service on my car was too expensive. How to take it somewhere else to be repaired

Service fine however the check engine light is illuminated and they at win Chevrolet tell me to take it back to Felix because I am out of warranty
