I don't need to be contacted, but next time when someone makes a mistake, an apology would be a lot better than an accusation. We're not liars and I didn't appreciate the insinuation that the missing valve cap was our fault. Apologize and fix it. Don't call me ory husband a liar or try to say we brought the car in like that.

Someone wash my truck it has chlorine with water spots Very Unprofessional, I will not go back to Win to service my truck. Everything else was ok , or Dont wash the cars with chlorine water????????

I am completely satisfied with Gerardo’s service and professionalism. Although, I was disappointed when I drove away and found that my engine oil life percentage was not reset. I very small thing but I had to look up how to reset when I got home.
