I'll say this, German has a way of breaking the "bad news" in a good way. :-) Me being a woman, I often feel a certain kind of way when going to the dealership or mechanic by myself. You always have that thought in the back of your mind that someone is going to take advantage of you. I have never felt this way at Win Chevrolet or with German. Excellent service!! Thank you for everything!!
