Took my Tahoe in for oil change and also I ask the click who took my Tahoe will they be rotating my tiers he said yes... when I was called to pickup my truck TRUSTING everything was done correctly well nope it wasn’t. I got home and my husband noticed the tires WERE NOT ROTATED as the tire I patched up was in the same place NO tires were rotated... and my car had oil all over the bumper and foot board. For our first service we are disappointed!!!

I have always had good experience but I really felt dismissed with Gerardo. He approached my car wrote down why I was there and walk away. I stood at my car not sure what he wanted me to do. I saw him at his desk then went there. I went home waited for his call and I missed his call and call back several times but he did not call back. My car is one year old and it was dissatisfying to hear the issues with my car was not covered by my warranty. I have owned 3 other Chevy cars all have been reliable. Not sure why a one year old car would have issues.
Very disappointed to come home to see some had scratch my car. My Tahoe was also full of grease after driving it home. The presents with the staff are very unfriendly and have no costumer service. My recommendation would be to shut that place down or just fire everyone in service and start over.
