I have taken to my car to the dealer 3 times so far I have paid over 1500$ and my car has caught smoke and nearly on fire 2 times on me , the last time after picking up the car I repeatedly leaked oil all over town , my car started to act like this after the second time in taking it to you guys at WIN Chevrolet, the only worker who seemed to bother helping was Michael Ortiz , the Gentleman with gray long hair and gray mustache was no help what so ever and in fact I’d like to sit down and have a discussion with the manager of carservice contact me at ****-****-xxxx

I didn’t get my car done . I came after 3 hrs coz i thought my car is ready . I even try calling because i was wondering its been 3 hrs . They dont know what to answer to me . Been on the phone hold transfer back and fort . Then i was told that they didnt do anything because there no filter for oil change . Thats **** . He said he try call me . Yes one time when im on my doctors appointment. He didn’t even leave a voicemail. You guys dont care , im rushing to have a oil change because we gonna out of town and that happen so disappointing.

Carl was great. The tech wasn't very clean. I had greasy fingerprints on my doors, and hood. I didn't like that at all.
