German get a outstanding job on explaining what was going on with my AC unit I knew it was a true problem I researched it myself as far as I could go but I knew this would have to go to the dealership to get it done in German was there for me step-by-step he explain what he found and what they thought did an outstanding job at communicating very happy to have my vehicle back but the AC working summer just around the corner thank you all German represents the quality of when Chevrolet service and the highest of standards thank you in German job well done

The person who worked on my car left one of my valve stem covers off. It's the second time my valve stem covers disappear when I go to your service department. I am very upset that this keeps happening. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal because it's a pretty small part, but I am paying a lot of money for that car and I have every right to expect it to be returned to me in the condition that I brought it in. The first time it happened, we had issues with the service advisor and other staff implying it was our fault. This time we were offered to being the car bag and pick up a valve stem cover but I am so frustrated with your service department, I really don't want to go back there. This is not okay.
He asked and advise services that no one else has most I had done some I had no idea should be done at 100,000 Miles that is care. I had one done but I knew I needed it but the other two I will come back for.
