I was very pleased with Michael Ortiz and the repair experience that I received at Win Chevrolet. When he told me I have a valve problem that might be covered by my warranty I became very skeptical I started to wonder how much would I be charged. When I returned to pick up my car I was very surprised to hear my service was entirely covered by the warranty and my car had also been washed. Win chevrolet showed me that all car dealers are not just out to make a profit off customers, that some treat you fairly and look out for your needs as well promote their business.
