I do not like that when I looked at my car I had a scratch on the left door and when I called to say. they are not responsible and it is very wrong

Actually money was taking from my car. Michael Oritiz stated that he will look in give me a call back tomorrow. I was very disappointed and now I have go and look through my car thoroughly and see if anything else may be missing paperwork etc. I hope that this issue will be resolved and in all honesty trust is out the window it actually open up another window far as is the service I’m getting and paying is actually being done.
