I really appreciate Michael's customer service. As a woman, I'm always leary about taking my car in for fear of being "mansplained" or taken advantage of. I don't have to worry about that when Michael oversees my cars' service. I have recommended him to mom as well. I know I will always get fair and honest service.

My problem is not with Mr. Carl at all my problem is with Win Chevrolet I think it's real unfair to me that I buy a new car from you and the sound system is is slaky the screen goes completely black it goes silent whenever it wants to the navigation stops stops and that doesn't matter whatever kind of phone I have hooked up have hooked up iPhone or android This is what it does I have Taken the automobile back to Win Chevrolet 4 or 5 times since I bought it that's ridiculous and they keep on saying they can't find anything and they used a 4th on my gas out and don't replace it I have real problems with Win right now today the same things started again. I just got my car back yesterday. If I was rating them on a scale from 1 to 10 I will give them a 2 it took me 3 weeks to get my spare key from them they **** real bad they **** real bad to me

Came in for oil change and a recall notice,I told service advisor that the truck was leaking oil from the filter or drain plug and asked him if they can check where it’s leaking from, I didn’t get a call to let me know what the outcome was and when I came to pick up the truck I was just directed to pay for the service, so I looked for the service advisor to ask about the leak and all he did was read the receipt that said oil filter leaking and replied with that’s all it had. Then I waited for the truck about 30 minutes after I paid the bill with no other customers waiting, I figured they were doing a complimentary wash but that was not the case, the truck was brought out without a wash. Well the main reason for me writing this is because I will more than likely never go back to use your service department and would not refer anyone to use your service department, I was very unsatisfied how this dealership handles customer service in that department.
Overall good. Didn't get a call saying truck was ready. Other than that pleased with experience
