Carl has always done a great job. I bought my vehicle at Win Chevrolet new and that’s where all the scheduled maintenance services have been performed. I usually call before taking it in and Carl is the one who assists me in reserving a spot in a timely manner. He knows what needs to be done and explains it well giving a clear understanding of what will take place and approximate how long it will take. Thumbs up for Carl. ????????

I would have appreciated a complementary wash but it was never offered. Even when I waited 3 hours for a oil change.

Waited for exactly 3hrs and 30 mins for a regular oil service change,I had an appointment at 2 o’clock,and was there exactly at 2. Not only when making the appointment they stated it’ll take me approximately an hr,they ran me late too work under their own convenience.Management claimed that the salesman was new,and forgot to check a box on the service sheet. Employees in General need too stay on top of it,my overall experience was not so good.

Estoy muy descontento porque no me repararon la troca el me manager rojelio de ese departamento no me ayudo a dejar vien mi camioneta lo lleve vien sin ninguno luz prendido y cuando lo fui a recojer se le prendio el chek engine y me dijeron que eran las bujias y el cable se lo canbie y continuo con lo mismo y ahora disen que es un mis fayer en el cilindro 5 8 y 3 le queria echar un liquido para desaser los carbines pero me dijeron que dañaria el catalitico y resulta que lo lleve con otro mecanico y lo esca?aron y miraron quw es el banco numero uno que esta con el defector y al revisarlo miramos que no le tenian connectedo la manguera del filtro de aire y era ese el problema cuando el diler me dijo que era el codigo 0p300 eso era pura mentira fue error de l mecanico y boy a llevarle el resibo de lo que pague espero y me lo reembolsen espero notisias de ustedes y contraten a Buenos mecanicos por el momento yo no recomendaria mas a ese diler por canbios de empaques me cobraron 4200 y me isieron gastar mas por error de ustedes
