The camper mirrors that were installed do not have power this is unacceptable To buy a brand new truck and the mirror not function correct is bad customer service and they install the soft cover instead of the hard cover I asked for.

Service advisor failed to inform me about the diagnostic fee i would incur with my concern i took the vehicle in for. Also it was not informed to me that the vehicle had a open recall and the work was not completed for the recall.
