I went in for a recall for my chevy Tahoe on march 21 2022, i was told to come in to dealer to change part but when i arrived part had to be order and had to come back when part arrived in 2-3 days and honestly its been 23 days and have never heard back from Win chevrolet!

I called to make a service appointment that morning. I spoke to a gentleman and asked when do you want to come in? And I said as soon as possible and he scheduled me for a same day appointment for 3:00 pm. When I got there they informed me that my appointment was for the next day. And they did not know who told me I could have a same day appointment. It was upsetting. Although they still accomodated me. I felt uncomfortable. I recommend to talk to your team and establish consistent protocols and not schedule appointments and provide wrong wrong information. I took time off of work to make it in that day. The gentleman that helped when I got there insisted there was no way I was scheduled a same day appointment. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant unprofessional. I recommend to purchase an appointment software that shows who schedules appointments. Customer service manners needs improvement.

Everything was good. Although I didn’t really like how the gentleman who I received my car from was sitting on the edge of the seat to get the paper floor mat and also some greasy hand stands and boot marks on the lower door panel and floor plastic trim (boot/shoe scuff marks). But that’s a pet peeve of mine but everything else was good
