Carl Taylor and Corvette master mechanic Al are a great team and are always the best. They should be considered for a pay raise. The problem arose on Monday when we ran into a money issue on an extended warranty on my vehicle. I spoke with Finance Manager Ayman Khalil and he told me he would speak with GM and call me back Wednesday between 1PM and 1:30PM. I waited all day and no call. Now it’s Thursday 1:30PM and I called and got shuffled back and forth between Chevy and Hyundai. I got 20 minutes of music. Still waiting. Is this a good way to do business? I truly hate this dealership. I made an appointment for w apota cleaned in my car and for my radio to be looked at before my warranty is up. Instead an appointment for an oil change. I brought my car at 11:30 to call at 4 and nothing was done to my car I was then asked to leave it over night. No loaner was provided so I then was asked if I leave once I was there to luck it up they would provide a lift. I was told it would be completed by noon that also didn't happen. I then was informed until the dealership is paid I cannot retrieve my car after I'm already paying for this policy. All of this is unacceptable your payment is not my problem since I'm paying for this. So I still need to now go to a different dealership to have my radio looked at since this still wasn't completed
Appointment at 9 am and service manager says car got in the bay at 330pm. I had to call at 430 pm to get an update.
After paying for service it to 30 minutes for my car to come around.
Not happy ????
