wait time for a rep to attend me was way too long when there was no cars in front of me. Even when I return to get my car I waited longer than expected. I can only imagine the wait time if there was any vehicles in front of me.

I bought new tires and they did not look new. More importantly I paid to have an alignment done but, my car pulls to the right and it feels like the alignment was not done. Jorge was professional. It was the service of the vehicle that I am disappointed with. I should have taken my car to the company that I was debating on going to instead of WIN because, that company is known for great service. In the future I plan on getting tires elsewhere. In addition, when I called WIN two weeks ago inquiring about tires the service guy on the phone said that based on the recent inspection my breaks were still very good but, on 4/1/22 when my tires were changed I was told that I needed new breaks which I bought because I was told they were metal to metal but, I was confused about how the condition could have changed so rapidly. I am not sure whether it was the operator a few weeks ago that gave me false information or whether it was read wrong. I am not happy with the latest service I have received from WIN.
