The overall time for an oil change is insane. I acknowledge I’m not the only vehicle but I don’t think it takes 2+ hrs for an oil change. Especially when I had an appointment

It seems like it was a problem getting someone to service me. I mentioned something I needed check inwas not given any follow up. And not sure why car washing is not being done. If you sell a new car I'm sure thats being washed.
