No need to contact. A simple reset and diagnostic to tell me nothing was wrong with the vehicle costs $170 for diagnostic.
Mr.Guzman was very helpful and very professional Mr.Guzman kept me informed of what they where doing to my car. From all the time I took my car to the service there this time was by far the most professional and also helped me get a rental to go to work. Honestly I would bring my car back there again. By far the worst experience I have ever had in your service department. I’ve been visiting Win Chevrolet (back then Cormier Chevrolet) dealership for the past 10 years and I have been taking my vehicles there for service since then and today was by far the most unprofessional and most dissatisfying visit I have ever had. The service Rep seemed to have an attitude and after being the only car there at first it’s took the service rep 25 minutes to come out and ask what I was in for. Then it took another 25 minutes to get my car checked in for a simple oil change. When I received the text message to see the service rep because my vehicle was ready I go inside and he rudely, with an attitude tells me to step back and wait outside. Never have I ever been talked to like this there before and I’ve dealt with several of the service reps there before and not one had ever made the my visit feel the way it did today. I am completely satisfied with the actual service but complete DISSATISFIED with the customer service from the service rep Gerardo Frayre. Horrible experience
One of my favorite dealer, this is my 4th or 5th car that I purchased frm Chevy here in Carson. Really enjoy it staff are real good also the mechanics & the service personnel.
