I wait almost 3 hours just for a change oil,and they not even wash the car.
I was made to believe it was a complimentary oil change and service with the flyer that was sent to me so it was a waste of my time bringing my car in and nothing was done
Carl Taylor was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions.
Great service advisor will definitely recommend took very good care of my self as a costumer will gladly go back for any other kind of service
Service was excellent! Fast and efficient. Was shocked at the price. this was my only complaint.
They didn’t resolve all of my complaints.There is still a idle issue with the vehicle. I was informed that the noise I heard was normal when starting the vehicle .Who ever inspected the vehicle off the line didn’t do a good job. There were to many issues with the vehicle . For the guy that wrote up my complaint was excellent
My wife has a Toyota Camry and we took it to Toyota to get an oil change today. We also went to go take my Chevrolet Equinox to Win Chevrolet. It was the same day however, it only took 35 minutes for the service at Carson Toyota while it took 2 hours at Win Chevrolet just for an oil change. The service was good, but the waiting time was way too long. For the low amount of people there was at Win Chevrolet, I thought I would wait a short amount of time. Compared to the crowd there was at Toyota.
A car wash would have been icing on the cake but very happy with aervice

No. They did not replace my broken air vent in my SUV. Said its not covered. I purchased my truck last year and was told anything is covered within 3 years. Very unhappy.
They forgot to wash my car that was the main thing
