Car battery was changed and I do trust that there should not be a battery issue for a long term. Thanks to Gerardo, John Smith and the parts department Jimmy also.
The issue has yet to be resolved but we will return with proof of the issue to help pinpoint the location of the defect.

Old parts left in vehicle. Other than that great service. Vehicle at this point running well.
Was feeling insecure with the Service Power Steering alert that prompted my visit which was only a few miles away from oil change schedule. He advised the alert was caused from the car battery low from not being driver regularly with the Stay SAFE at Home order. First he suggested my paying for oil change and to get diagnostic for $170. Mike said I need to drive car to charge it. I asked him to please charge it for me and was told he could not do so. He said to do it ion my own by Going to a retail car supplies store and Purchase a charger and plug into my car With outlet charge in my garage, that I do not have access to charging at home, I live in an apartment. I was disappointed that he could not boost a charge to my battery.
Corvid 19 has impacted my part time employment that helps me with expenses, because I am 71yrs of age and on Social Security Retirement. My income has been limited for the 3 months with the non-profit I am an independent contractor has been closed down for the services I work on to provide that are provided to help towards subsidizing my income for the services I provide.
Mike said I need to drive my car regularly to charge the battery. The car has continued to give/show me the alert when I turn car in. I only drive once a week.

Carl Taylor was on it I had called in to make a appointment. He took my information and started the paperwork before I got there so when I arrived. He just needed some info from the car had set up for a loaner it was easy and no hassle he even price matched for me.
