Excellent Customer Service.
I came in today to get a oil change and my tires rotated but my tires was not rotated kind of having second guessing did my oil really get changed not a good feeling when you trust a car dealership to provide excellent service and high prices I could have stop at Joe on the corner and got service done for less and watch them do the work

I was recommended service that was above and beyond what was needed to get my truck operational without a proper disclosure and ended up paying for work that wasn’t necessary. After all that when I picked up vehicle it was dirty inside and out. Won’t ever get work done at this dealership again and will recommend friends and family go somewhere else.
Micheal handled our concerns,needs in a very professional way while servicing my vehicle @ the Winn Dealers. I felt comfortable the whole time during the process. I am satisfied @ this time w/ the progress going forward. He assured me that he will contact me for further updates on the parts ordered for my suburban.
