Job well done and quite promptly
I came in for an oil change. They wanted to rotate my tires but I had a problem with one tire so I was heading home to Murrieta to have 2 tires replaced anyway. When I got to the tire show I discovered that the lug nut lock had not been replaced in my truck. I am leaving on a two week camping trip today. This is a huge inconvenience and problem for me as I am unable to do anything with my tires without that lock. I expect better service than this!

My wife made my oil appointment as I was on work break. Waited almost 3 hours after I initiated what the delay was. I had several coupons which were not honored. I could not wait for a complimentary car wash. I paid way too much even with the $9.00 discount. I don’t think Ill be back to this dealership. Thank you.
I had my mom bring the vehicle there to recover a diagnostic test on why the vehicle was making a “humming” noise. They explained to my mother that the transmission needed to be either re-built or swapped out for a new one. They then explained to her that they conducted a complete service on the “bad” transmission, which logically made ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE to me. WHO would do a full transmission service on a transmission that needed replacing, as opposed to being fully honest with the customer. I got off work to learn that I have a $300.00 charge ON TOP of what I will pay for what actually needs to be done. I will NEVER return my vehicle to this dealership. I will make sure that ALL Chevy owners I KNOW avoid this business. YOU ARE A DISAPPOINTMENT in mechanic care and customer service. You took advantage of a 60 year old woman. During a pandemic. May the same energy return to you and your family. YOUR mother.
