The service advisors were nice also the guy that pulls the vehicle out are nice and friendly but when I came down to the work of the vehicle I was very disappointed cause I brought the truck in running great and smooth but when I get it back my engine is running like crap it's all shaking inside the power is decreased and it sounds like my truck is a piece a junk now... there was actually no misfiring it was a test of trust and WiN Chevrolet has failed. If we cant have trust how can we have a long term relationship together? If a customer can trust the work they will always return like a family cause my life and my family life depends on the vehicles we drive to bring us back home safely and a it starts with the mechanics in the shops..Also they killed my battery and returned my truck without recharging it good thing I was at another dealership and they gave me a jump I was with my family... how sad...

He was very welcoming on phone and told us to bring it in to check light that was on. He helped us as soon as we got there and was very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Made me feel comfortable in that he would do his best with my car.
