I was told by Carl that the parts used were warranted for life and the labor two years but that is NOT reflected on my receipt. That is the only reason we came back to Win at $800 for the job $600 for an hour labor vs. many other places that quoted $150, $355 and $485.
We’ve been customers here for 36 years and the promise that the car would be washed wasn’t even followed through. Back in the day it would have been spotless. We have no confidence it was even disinfected due to Corona virus. Such a shame!!!!!
I had the appointment at 11:00am and i was there at 10:50am and it was 2:00pm and they haven't change the oil i saw that some others cars that came before me they did the service faster then me, my question is if i have the appointment at 11:00am don't i have priority then the other guys that they don't have appointment o what is the appointment for if you guys are going to treat me like the other people that they don't have appointment to be honest i didn't like the guy freyner how he treats me i never go again with him

When I bought my vehicle I was told the the insurance I got was to cover services my car would need and today I had to pay $152.00 out of pocket.

I’m the daughter of the customer. I called the dealership spoke with German he explained what service needed. What previous service was performed on vehicle and after vehicle was serviced he gave me the diagnosis and repair. This is my mother’s vehicle and she did not communicate her problem with the vehicle. I can say that I was satisfied that it has been resolved
I was expecting better job on my car, i got the door guard and it have the finger tip in it with macanic oil all over. My truck is white imagine how it looks horrible job. I just went there because it was the dealer that i got my truck i did know i have to ask for it but they charged in the bill. I gave them time i drop my car at 7am so they can do it with care.
