I have nothing negative to say about chris. I was disappointed that no coffee was available at time of arrival. The older women at service and parts department treated me as if i had some sort of highly contagious disease. That i thiught was a bit to dramatic and slightly rude even during these times considering she is responsible for the customer waiting area and coffee supplies. Other than that i was super impressed watching the efficiency and professionalism of all other employee’s The gentlemen in the parts department was super kind and considerate thats it. Ill purchase a highlander next time but you need to work with me more thanks for listening

Bryant has always been easy to work with, answers my questions and explains things well. As I told him, the fuel injection service that was done my last visit noticeably improved the gas mileage of my RAV4. Very glad I had it done.

Service was great, Had recall part replacement and oil change. Was surprised that my armrest compartment was opened and some things from there were laying on my passenger seat. Nothing appears to have been taken. Nothing valuable was in there anyway. Maybe someone was looking for my manual.?
