Everything was great on car. Check out ladies at payment area very friendly. Only issue was no one said where my car was parked after service. I wondered around until talk lady helped me to find my car in the back area of service. Thank goodness she came out to help me

It wasn't the worse experience. Your customer service at the end of the day is less than enthusiastic about seeing or speaking to a customer in the service department. I was disconnected twice trying to contact the service department after 5:20 pm??

No one observed any protocol to prevent the spread of Coid19. No precautions or accommodations were mad in the waiting room. Those of us that are high risk would appreciate some small measure to help through these tough times.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Paul and the rest of the team. I was disappointed it took so long to get parts, but it is understandable for an 18 year old (mint condition) vehicle.
