I didn’t receive a receipt to let me know what services were done and what they cost. When I booked the appointment, I was told I would receive $15 off if I had my tires rotated along with the oil change. I told the customer service agent I would do that. I prepaid my bill via text. When I picked up my keys, I questioned the cashier and she said she just does what the computer says. She did offer to grab Darin for me but I needed to get home quickly. If I can at least get a receipt showing the services performed, I will be satisfied.
