Couldn’t be happier, the best service experience
My car was repaired to my satisfaction and everyone was professional. I take issue with the lack of masks or other protective wear not being worn by service department employees. My representative was helpful with showing me pricing but it required me to stand closer than 6 ft to a man not wearing a mask. I wear mine to protect myself but more importantly to protect others. I was not given that same consideration. There’s an out of control pandemic in every community with no ability to protect against it except to practice all methods available to prevent the spread. Please train your employees accordingly.
The price is high so I’m considering taking my vehicle elsewhere for the oil change and I couldn’t get my safety check done during my appointment which isn’t your fault however, the check out clerk told me that the safety check machine has been having trouble so maybe a heads up about that would’ve been good.
David was very friendly and easy to deal with.

I have only been to Pappas 2 times for service. Bryant was great. Very nice and informative. It was the length of time that it took for a tire rotation. Approximately 90 minutes. Bryant did take care of me by not charging me,I did not complain to get him to do that. Which makes it even better but the time was excessive. If I could I would ask for Bryant again to handle my needs. It was nothing against him. The survey asked if I was completely satisfied. I can not answer yes because of the time involved only.

Only complaint is that saw no employees wearing mask.
You need to reinstate the waiting room assistant. I forget her name but we miss her!
