I sent a question regarding service agreements and asked if there were any programs as Lou fuz had $10 oil changes , having service at 75 plus is really too expensive when I can get this service else where say Dobbs for less, to keep people going to your services you should probed more than a $15 coupon

My regular service advisor was not in today. Had talked to Bryant previously about the problem with my A/C in my car. Bryant was very attentive and kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle. Very satisfied.

Darin met me at the service door ask me my name and confirmed the reason why I was there. Ask me to retreat to the customer lounge and that he would come get me when my vehicle was ready. Very professional. A pleasant experience Thanks to pappas for a courteous visit.
