The service manager Kyle is a sad excuse of a leader of a service department. His team broke my transmission during service and left me frustrated with my entire experience. I will do my best to avoid Pappas Toyota service in the future. I assure you my friends and family on social medial will hear my story too.
Start up display on dash was blank. Dash setting showed "default". The vehicle should have been checked over better. Had to pull over to try to fix and couldn't so will be calling on Monday and hopefully fix this over the phone.
Jim has been a pleasure to deal with over the years.
