Bryant Terrell was awesome, and service was very fast. Very satisfied with my first service. Bryant provided me with a detailed report of my vehicle. Good to know my vehicle is in tip top shape.

The computer was down today when I was there so I didn’t receive any paperwork showing what they had done as well as tire tread levels, etc. I’m hoping this will be mailed to me when the computers are back up and working.

I have had Bryant last couple of visits and he's just awesome! Polite, professional and explains everything well. He is one of the reasons I prefer Pappas!!

I was confused as to why I was called with questions about what services I wanted done. This is a fleet lease vehicle and all services are charged to Toyota, so all recommended scheduled services should be performed as required.
