I brought my vehicle back in because one of your techs forgot to reattach the oil drain cover after doing the 20k mile service. Rather than taking responsibility Darin lied and said a clip must have fallen out. That part is held on by steel bolts, not a plastic clip. I took a picture of the dangling cover before , which would prove what I’m saying. This experience has ruined my trust in Pappas for any future service needs.

Gino texted me while I was working to tell me my vehicle's service was completed and I come to pick it up to take it home. I was told I would get a phone call.i had to take off work And cancel my current shift and cancel my work hours with my next shift/client to pick up my vehicle.i went to the dealership..no one cd find my paperwork.No one seemed to know where my car was or where the paperwork was.the cashier was calling service..service was calling gino..and the service mgr.it was finally determined my car was not even done or ready to be picked up.I AM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT MY SERVICE.I HAVE SPENT $39000 and this is the type of service I can expect over my cars lifetime...AND LOSE WAGES TO STOP WORKING AND THE CAR IS NOT EVEN READY. I think that i should be given SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR ALL OF THIS!!!

Had to return to the dealership to get my washer fluid filled because it wasn’t during the appt. Attitude of the service man Chris was not the best. First bad experience of my 12 year history with Pappas.

Darin was very helpful. He cared about my concern and showed it. I am not completely happy with the results. This was not Darins fault but I am still not happy. This Avalon is the third car we have bought from Pappas mostly because of your service department. This is our first disappointment.
