Having noticed the tire icon pop up I drove to Pappas. I explained that I didn’t have an appointment but they took my car immediately, found the problem and fixed it while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. Each person I dealt with treated me with thoughtfulness and care. I’m grateful for the service department at Pappas Toyota.

Pat ragan was awesome. He was friendly and kind. . Took me right away and told me it would be about an hour and a half and he was right. Made it aa enjoyable experience and if I purchase a new car in the future your dealership is somewhere I will be coming to. two thumbs up for pat .
