I arrived early for the appointment and they took me in right away and finished early. The service staff was very polite and friendly and the waiting room was very nice

I have sent a letter to the service manager. In the 7 years I have used Pappas to service my vehicle, I do not believe I have ever complained. I am so dissatisfied that it may cause me to steer away from Toyota.

They went above & beyond! My key fob was not consistently working & some how they fixed it!!! Thanks again!! I work out of my car all day as a home health nurse & it’s the little details that can help so much!! I brought the car in for a recall &!now I love it all over again!!????????
