Yes! I always count on Patrick to listen, to give great guidance, and to provide professional and personal service. He greets me and others with a smile and a pleasant greeting. When I pick up my vehicle, I know that all agreed upon work has been completed. All items on the red-yellow-green review have been discussed and completed.
In the past with different service managers (not Patrick nor Annette), I had 2 instances when there were items on red-yellow-green that were not discussed and not done. Needless to say, I was not happy. Those 2 service managers were unavailable (on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me). It was fortunate that noticed my displeasure and listened to my disappointment and made another appointment for the unaddressed work on the next day convenient to me. When Annette left, I was pleased to find the same wonderful service with Patrick.
